So I don't know about anyone else, but I really enjoyed World's Finest #1. Good story, seemed to tie in well with what's going on in the super-man related titles. Can't say how well it fits in with Red Robin as I am not reading that title. Art was good, writing was good, Sterling Gates has been doing some good shit lately. What did he do before super-girl? The name isn't all that familiar?

Yeah, I liked it too.

I'm pretty sure Supergirl was his first comics work.

I'm looking forward to reading World's Finest 1, once my DCBS shipment finally gets here.

I have no idea what Gates did before Supergirl.

Gates did a few one-shots and backups before Supergirl. He wrote the Prometheus one-shot, a two-part Green Lantern Corps story (focusing on Boodika) and he wrote the introduction of Kryb.

Tomasi needs to be put on a bigger name book! Get a good following and then move to more of an ancillary book like The Outsiders.

So far, I've enjoyed most of his work.
